The project aims to balance functionality, cost-effectiveness and ease of installation, addressing common pain points of existing clamps such as loose connection, poor corrosion resistance and complex operation.
Project Objectives:
First, develop mounting clamps that comply with international industry standards, with strong load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance. Second, optimize the clamp structure to simplify installation, reducing labor costs and improving efficiency. Third, test prototypes and achieve small-batch production, ensuring compatibility with mainstream solar panel sizes and mounting rail types. Fourth, control production costs without sacrificing product quality.
Implementation Process:
The project is divided into 4 phases. Phase 1 (1-2 weeks): Market research and demand analysis, collecting data on existing clamp defects and user requirements. Phase 2 (2-3 weeks): Design and material selection, adopting high-strength aluminum alloy or stainless steel, optimizing the clamping mechanism for firm fixation and easy adjustment, and completing 3D modeling.
Phase 3 (2 weeks):
Prototype production, conducting laboratory tests (load-bearing, corrosion, durability) and on-site installation trials. Phase 4 (1 week): Optimize design based on test results, finalize product specifications, and compile installation instructions.
Expected Outcomes:
Standardized solar panel mounting clamps meeting industry standards, with corrosion resistance ≥ 10 years and load-bearing capacity ≥ 2kN. Installation time per clamp is reduced by 20% compared to similar products, compatible with 90% of mainstream panel and rail models. The product cost is 12% lower, providing a reliable, cost-effective solution for solar energy projects.
