Installation Instructions
1. Tool preparation:
electric drill, level, spanner, safety rope, counterweight block/expansion bolt.
Step by step guide:
2. Roof Assessment
Confirm roof load-bearing capacity (≥25kg/m²) and drainage paths, avoiding pipes or vulnerable areas.
3. Positioning Marking
According to the solar panel layout plan, use chalk to mark the position of the racking base, keeping the horizontal spacing consistent.
4.Fixing the base
Counterweight type: place concrete blocks and fix the base; Bolt type: drill holes and install waterproof spacers and lock them.
5.Assemble the bracket
Connect the vertical rod with the horizontal beam according to the instructions, use stainless steel bolts to reinforce, make sure the vertical error is <2°.
6.Adjust the angle
Loosen the angle adjusting bolt, set the inclination angle and lock it (recommended local latitude +5°~10°).
7.Install solar panel
Snap the panels into the bracket rails, fix them with clamps and check that there is no looseness or offset.
8.Final Inspection
Test the wind-resistant cable (if any), review all connection points and clean up the site.
